Biography: B.A., M.A., Ph.D., Columbia University. Formerly Associate Professor of Art Department at University of Tulsa. Won the Outstanding Teacher Award for 1999-2000. Author of Alessandro Vittoria and the Portrait Bust in Renaissance Venice (Oxford, 1998). Published in the Burlington Magazine, Revue du Louvre, and other periodicals. Has been awarded fellowships by the Metropolitan Museum; the Delmas Foundation; and in 1997-98 was the Rush Kress Fellow at Villa I Tatti, the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies in Florence, Italy.
