Rachel Cavell

Biography:

Rachel Cavell (B.A., Harvard University, English Literature; J.D., Suffolk University) Rachel Cavell teaches in Bard’s Language and Thinking Program, and in Bard’s Prison Initiative and MAT Program. She is a Faculty Associate in Bard’s Institute for Writing and Thinking, where she has led workshops for professional teachers and Bard undergraduates. She has taught in Bard’s English Language Summer Institute, working on English Language reading and writing fluency with students from Smolny College, St. Petersburg, Russia. She is an Attorney and a writer, and holds a degree in English Literature from Harvard University.
