Don't panic.
A "403 forbidden error" is this website’s way of stating that you don’t have enough permissions to proceed further. You're getting this error for one of the following reason:
- If this is NOT a publicly accessible link then Bard has intentionally protected this file/folder from being accessed.
- If this IS a publicly accessible link then something has gone wrong. Report the problem to Web Services by emailing [email protected] or submitting the Feedback Form.
- If this is a publicly accessible form, there might something about the content you're submitting that is flagging a security alert. In this case, strip out all html from your text and double check your image or PDF file names by removing any special characters. Make sure the only "." in your file name is directly before the file extension (.jpg or .pdf).
