Available for the upcoming academic year is a spacious basement bed/sitting room with adjacent bath and minimal kitchenette/fridge in the Village of Rhinebeck for a non-smoking, preferably woman, graduate student. Full kitchen privileges are available upstairs. $ 1600 for each semester including all utilities and use of washer/dryer that must be shared with landlady. This arrangement has worked well with CEP students in the past.
