A wonderful bedroom in a 3-br/1 bath apartment in Rhinebeck is availableSeptember 1, or later.

The rent includes heat/hot water, electricity and cable run about $15/month per person. The rent is month-to-month, with one month’s deposit needed to save the place and first-month’s rent due at move-in. A minimum of a month’s notice needed upon moving out.

The room is approximately 12’by 12′, with a huge closet, hardwood floors, large sunny window overlooking the beautiful trees nearby. The room stays warm in the winter and is well insulated.

We are: two females late 20s, early 30s, clean, quiet, professionals, one has an old and friendly cat who is very quiet, gets along with other pets, hardly leaves her room where her food and toilet are, so the house has no pet belongings in the common areas.

You are: Clean, responsible, pays bills on time, respects other people’s belongings and space. Female preferred, but we would consider a clean and responsible male.

The apartment is spacious and located on the 3rd and top floor of a house in Wynkoop Lane, about half a mile away from downtown Rhinebeck, 5 miles from Bard, 3 miles to the Kingston bridge. Stop & Shop is a mile away, and the mall area with Target, Walmart, etc. is just over the bridge, about 6 miles away.

The neighbors are friendly and quiet, great landlord, the house is well-maintained, and all of the cable/electrical/water supply have been renovated this summer. This is a non-smoking apartment, we could consider smokers if the non-smoking policy is respected and maintained.
