Shared Lake House or 1 Bedroom Cottage- Elizaville, NY
Two housing options available located at 18 and 21 Shore Drive, Elizaville, NY 12523. This location is 15 minutes from Bard, Red Hook, and Hudson, 22 minutes from Rhinebeck
(1) The first housing option is a lake house with views of the lake, gardens, etc. from most rooms. We offer a furnished bedroom with it’s own full bathroom. This rents for the academic year at $800 monthly and all inclusive, including heat, electricity, use of the laundry room and all common rooms- kitchen, living room and our private entrance to the South Twin Lake, decks, etc. The rent for 2 people is $900 and the terms are the same.
References, first month’s rent, last month’s rent, security deposit, and a signed lease are required. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises including the lake. No pets or parties are allowed. We, a family of 3 (or 4) with 2 dogs, do visit some weekends and holidays.
(2) The other accommodation is a one bedroom cottage at 21 Shore Drive. This may be rented either furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $750 monthly does not include utilities, and may be rented for either the academic year or year round. No more than 2 people may use the cottage as an on-going basis. A pet is allowed with permission, no smoking anywhere on the premises including the lake, no loud parties.
