Position:
Supervise, mentor and train a team of internal organizers in all aspects of union organizing. Coordinate an internal organizing program, including collective bargaining, contract campaigns, politics, policy, contract enforcement, member training, leadership development, and our membership and voluntary political fundraising drives. Take on other duties as assigned.
This position is based out of the Salem Oregon headquarters, located 45 minutes south of Portland.
Office and field work involving travel to areas represented throughout the state and in a variety of environmental situations. The workweek is Monday through Friday plus weekend work when specifically assigned. The workday may begin before and extend beyond normal office hours depending on the demands of the assignment.

Field coordinator pay range is $5444-7253/month. Salary is set depending on experience and includes a generous benefits and leave package.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have at least five years experience organizing within a labor union, or equivalent, as well as at least two years experience leading and training organizers.
