Position Title: Communications Fellow/Intern

Location: Mount Rainier, Maryland

Dates and compensation: Compensation to start will not be monetary; but a highly skilled, conscientious and versatile candidate will be tapping into an exciting network of experienced and effective change agents, thought leaders and nationally recognized economic, environmental and social justice leaders and activists.

Description: The Chesapeake Sustainable Business Council, a multi-sectored, quickly expanding business-led advocacy organization based in the DC region, seeks a driven, passionate, highly motivated and organized change-agent Fellow/Intern to refine and increase its social media presence, networking, organizing, and outreach needs.

Must be able to work virtually, recognize the value of your role and input, and be able to work 4 to 8 hours per week.

Serious grad level, upper-year undergrad stand outs, and those who have beaten their own path (i.e., not from an academic background) are encouraged to respond.

It is hoped that this opportunity could evolve into a permanent, paid position.

Academic credit can be arranged and is encouraged.
