Apartment for Rent in Clermont
We have a three bedroom, 1 bath apartment that is located on the
second story of our home. We are looking for no more than 2 people to
rent it. Because it is in our home, we are looking for a
professional, faculty member or a graduate student. There is a
separate entrance and plenty of parking. Utilities will be included
in the rent, which will be $950.00 for one person and $1,100.00 for
two. We live on Nevis Road in Clermont, which is a quiet, country
setting, yet not too far from the Bard campus.
