Room for Rent in Red Hook
From September 2011 on I will be renting a furnshished bedroom in my 3 bedroom house. I live 1 mile off South Campus on the other side of 9G – the communte to Bard is under 5 minutes by car or maybe 10 minutes by bike.
There is a separate bathroom that would be almost exclusively for the usage of the renter and the room has access to the top of the garage that can be used as a private outdoor area. Living/dining area as well as kitchen would be shared with me as well as my (quite vocal)dog.
Perfect setup for part time or full time faculty in need of a place to stay while teaching up here.
Rent $550 plus $100 utilities – includes (very) basic cable and wireless Internet.
