Description
The Department of Environmental Science and Policy at Marist College is
looking for part-time instructors for the Fall 2011 semester to teach an
introductory course for non-science majors called Introduction to
Environmental Issues. Most students who take this course are using it to
fulfill part of their science requirements of our Core/Liberal Studies
portion of their curriculum. Currently available sections meet at one of
the following times: Monday and Thursday at 8:00 AM, Tuesday and Friday at
9:30 AM, and Monday and Thursday at 2:00 PM. A Master’s Degree in
environmental science or a closely related field is required. Previous
college-level teaching experience is preferred.
