CEP Student Rental
Available for the 2011 Fall semester and the 2012 Spring semester: a spacious, furnished basement sitting/bedroom with large window on the south side plus adjoining private bath with small window on the north side. Private entrance but landlady must have access to laundry room and basement storage. Wifi and TV available plus use of laundry facility and offstreet parking.
(House is not on the regular BARD shuttle route.) Cost is $1500 for each semester including all utilities, although a surcharge may have to be applied in the spring if electric rates rise. If interested write to [email protected] or call (845) 876 2781.
