Overview

portable fire line camps to 7,000 person oil and gas base camps, PTI
Group is an industry leader for turnkey camp services.

Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee the day-to-day
environmental functions for Mountain West Oilfield Services and PTI
Group USA, LLC camp locations in Denver, Colorado. The job will be
based out of Denver but the camps are throughout the US.

More specifically, you will:

Establish and communicate environmental policies, programs, and
procedures to division staff;
Develop and implement key programs for waste management, erosion
control, spill prevention and control, potable water and sewage
disposal practices.
Track air emissions and data against applicable equipment
standards/regulations;
Monitor all divisions locations to insure environmental compliance;

Assist operations personnel with waste water hauling compliance and
sampling procedures, and perform regular audits of manifest and other
disposal documentation;
Ensure all staff are properly trained on EPA, applicable state and
company environmental programs;
Work with EHS specialists to support field concerns and provides
follow up on an on-going basis;
Support spill clean-up and emergency response efforts;
Assist with the development of operator training/certifications for
wastewater treatment activities, water sampling;
Follow up on Phase I, due diligence, and property site assessments
to close action items.

Qualifications

This role will suit a highly motivated and persuasive individual who
has 5 years experience that encompasses any combination of water
quality, pollution prevention, spill and emergency response,
wastewater treatment, waste management and other environmental or
regulatory specific work. You are highly knowledgeable of
environmental regulations, regulatory submissions, and managing
multiple locations.

The ability to analyze data and problem solve is essential, as are
strong communication, writing and computer (MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint) skills.
