Share 3 bdrm apartment with 2 other people & 1 (VERY calm) dog. $600 includes heat. Split internet and electric 3-ways. Walking distance to town of Rhinebeck, 5 minutes to Amtrak station, 5 miles from Bard, 15 minutes to Culinary Institute and Marist.
The room: Unfurnished, 15′ x 14′, two windows (South & West facing), two closets. Hardwood floors.
We are: Creative & active people! 33-year old Bard professor (male) and 30-year old Graphic Designer (female). Pretty quiet, friendly and exceptionally clean.
You are: Mature, considerate, responsible and clean. Will pay bills on time.
First and deposit needed to move in. Month to month OK. Available December 15th.
