It’s almost here!  The Carbon Farming Courses: Workshops in Regenerative Agriculture begin January 17th and run though February 5th, 2012 at the Pfeiffer Center in Chestnut Ridge. NY.  The 2012 Carbon Farming Course was designed to meet the needs of farmers in the Northeast.  It was also scheduled in January so that farmers could attend without as many constraints on their time.  Now, thanks to the generosity of Gaia University and Terra Genesiss International, our team is glad to be able to offer substantial scholarships to farmers who want to attend.

Scholarships are 25% or 50% off of the tuition fees for any number of Carbon Farming Course Workshops (see the full list here). Food and housing cannot be discounted.

Farmers can sign-up and receive 25% off their registration immediately with code Farm 25.  If more than 10 register from one organization the discount goes to 50% off.  How will we know if more than 10 sign up?  When you sign up for the 25% dicsount make sure when asked how you found out about the classes that you put your organization.  When we have 10 registrations we will make the credit adjustment for all in your organization.  If you are an organization or if you know of an organization serving farmers in the Northeast, please help us spread the word to them.

All 3-day workshops run 9:00 am on Day One to 12:00 pm on Day Three.  All 1-day workshops run 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
