There is no tuition for the Postgraduate Collaborative Piano Fellowship.
All fellows are provided with a $28,000 living stipend.

Piano Fellowship Outline
All Postgraduate Collaborative Piano Fellows adhere to the following duties:
- Two-year program
- The second year is contingent on positive first-year evaluations.
- Yearly stipend of $28,000 to cover living expenses
- Bard College health insurance may be purchased for $3,660 (2024–25 rate).
- Fellows are expected to be in residence at Bard for the entire academic year.
- The academic year runs from September through May, with a winter break and a spring break.
- Approximately 20 contact hours per week playing for lessons, coachings, and master classes
- A weekly collaborative piano seminar
- Some limited teaching of secondary piano to undergraduate music majors
- Additional private lessons or coaching sessions with Erika Switzer, Kayo Iwama, and Frank Corliss, as desired
