About the Professionals of Color Group
Bard Professionals of Color exists to provide mutual support to staff of color in their work at Bard and as professionals in their respective fields. It also exists as a safe and affirming social space for staff of color with a focus on fostering community. The Professionals of Color group works to bring institutional equity and inclusion to the forefront, particularly in regards to departmental transparency on evaluation and promotion criteria.
