Biography: Andrea Quaid's (B.A., M.F.A., Antioch University; M.A., California State University, Los Angeles; Ph.D., University of California, Santa Cruz) work focuses on poetry and poetics, pedagogy, and gender studies. She is co-editor of Acts + Encounters, a collection of works about experimental writing and community. Critical and creative publications include the American Book Review, BOMBlog, Feminist Spaces, Jacket2, Lana Turner, LIT and the Los Angeles Review of Books.
