Warren Heiti
Biography: Warren Heiti (B.A., M.A., University of Victoria; Ph.D., Dalhousie University) lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he has taught at Dalhousie University, Saint Mary’s University, Halifax Humanities, and the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the University of King’s College. His essays have been published in Philosophy and Literature (2015), The New Quarterly (2013), and Lyric Ecology (Cormorant Books, 2010); and his poetry has been anthologized in Earth and Heaven: An Anthology of Myth Poetry (Fitzhenry & Whiteside, 2015), The Best Canadian Poetry in English (Tightrope Books, 2010), and Best New Poets (Samovar Press, 2009). He is the author of Hydrologos (Pedlar Press, 2011) and co-editor of Chamber Music: The Poetry of Jan Zwicky (Wilfrid Laurier University Press, 2014).
