Social worker Jacqueline Abad has worked for different NGOs, including the Red Cross in Almeria, Spain, helping African immigrants who try to get to Europe through the Mediterranean. On Thursday, October 25, Jacqueline will share with Bard students her experience. She will also provide information on volunteering opportunities that involve working with the African immigrant community in Spain.
