The Bard MAT has partnered with the SLC Art of Teaching program to host a joint information session for both SLC and Bard students interested in pursuing a master’s degree and certification in early childhood, elementary, or secondary teaching.

Through Bard’s MAT program, students can pursue their MAT degree and NYS certification to teach grades 7–12. Through the Art of Teaching program at Sarah Lawrence, students can pursue NYS certification to teach birth to grade 6 general ed and birth to grade 2 special ed.
