Institute for Writing and Thinking Presents
IWT July Weeklong Workshops
Monday, July 12, 2021 – Friday, July 16, 2021
Online Event
9:00 am – 1:00 pm EDT/GMT-4
The Bard Card College IWT July workshops offer teachers the opportunity to deepen their understanding of writing-based teaching and its application in the classroom. Together, teachers explore how to make these practices their own—how to reimagine writing prompts, work with new readings, and integrate collaborative learning into classrooms of all sizes.9:00 am – 1:00 pm EDT/GMT-4
IWT will not be running the July Weeklong Workshops on Bard College campus this year. While we are disappointed not to be able to convene in person, we are pleased to announce that participants can attend our July Workshops online. Online workshops will run in an abbreviated form, from Monday July 12–Friday July 16, from 9am-1pm each day. Workshops will involve some asynchronous out-of-class reading and writing. IWT will also be offering online workshops scheduled specifically for international time zones.
The workshops that will be offered online are listed below. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about which workshop to choose.
