Illinoise, Co-commissioned by the Fisher Center at Bard, Nominated for Four Tony Awards

Illinoise, the dance musical based on the Sufjan Stevens album of the same name, has been nominated for four Tony Awards: Best Production of a Musical, Best Choreography, Best Lighting Design, and Best Orchestrations. Co-commissioned by the Fisher Center at Bard, Illinoise played to sold-out crowds at the Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts as part of SummerScape 2023 before moving on to Chicago and New York, where it is currently playing a limited run at the St. James Theater on Broadway.
