News for Bard
Families & Friends

Dear Families,

Thank you to everyone who made a gift to Bard at the end of our fiscal year. We are grateful for the outpouring of support from Bard families and friends. Your contributions make an immediate impact and go to work right away supporting Bard’s greatest need.

Should you find yourself in the Hudson Valley this summer please join us at the Fisher Center for SummerScape and the 33rd Bard Music Festival. You may have seen the article about the Fisher Center’s 20th anniversary in The New York Times. You can read it here. Take a look at the Fisher Center’s website for ticket information.

While on campus, be sure to check out the current exhibitions at The Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College (CCS Bard). Indian Theater: Native Performance, Art, and Self-Determination since 1969 and Erika Verzutti: New Moons are currently on view.

Please save the date for Family and Alumni/ae Weekend: October 27-29, 2023. We are looking forward to welcoming you to campus to experience Bard through concerts, tours, tastings, classes taught by our stellar faculty and more. If you think you may be able to join us, I encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible. View our list of local establishments here.

Take care and best wishes for a happy and healthy summer.

Sincerely,
Sasha Boak-Kelly
Senior Director of Development
