Verification Requests for Current Students and Alumni/ae

Enrollment Verifications: Current students can request a letter to verify their enrollment status by printing and completing the Enrollment Verification Request Form.
Degree Verifications: Alumni can request a letter to verify their graduation status by printing and completing the Degree Verification Request Form.

The completed form should be returned to the Registrar's Office by mail, fax, or as a scanned attachment to an email:

National Student Clearinghouse
