Payment Schedules

Billing for the academic year begins in May for the fall term, and October for the spring term.

Making Your Payment

If making a payment in office or by mail in the form of a check, money order, or cashier's check, please make it payable to Bard College and include the student's name and ID number.

Accepted Payment Types
- Cash: accepted in office (in person or by mail)
- Check: accepted in office (in person or by mail)
- Money Order: accepted in office (in person or by mail)
- Cashiers Check: accepted in office (in person or by mail)
- Credit/Debit Card: accepted on the students online account
- Electronic Check (ACH): accepted on the students online account
- International IFT: accepted on the students online account

Wire or Electronic Transfer of Funds
Wiring or Electronic Transfer of funds may require a processing time of three to five days or longer, and accrue bank processing fees of at least $35.00, depending on the banks involved. When arranging a wire or electronic transfer, please remember to add this processing cost to the amount being transferred. If a wiring or electronic transfer fee retained by a bank creates a balance due on the student's account, it remains as an unpaid balance due; it is not absorbed by the College.
