The Student Conduct process is led by the Peer Review Board (PRB), and the Student Judiciary Board (SJB). The PRB is comprised of students and is advised by an Area Coordinator. The SJB is comprised of students, staff and faculty and is advised by the Director of Student Activities. The PRB and SJB meets each Friday or as needed to conduct hearing boards. PRB and SJB are committees of the Bard Student Government (BSG) and is governed by the BSG Constitution and Bylaws. Members of the SJB/PRB are not selected by staff/faculty. Students are elected to PRB/SJB.
